Aclasta in Bangladesh
 

Dhaka, January 19, 2008 - Aclasta was launched in Bangladesh where the prevalence of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis is increasing.

To ensure the best possible results with the introduction in the Bangladesh market, Novartis implemented a crash program addressing the opportunities that included the following actions:

Aclasta Go To Launch Training for Aclasta Team, held on December 17th, 2007, prior to introducing the product.
The training covered disease, product, patients, A2B model call and key messages to be given.

Aclasta International Seminar "Aclasta: A new approach to manage Osteoporosis", held on January 16th, 2008, at the Bangladesh China Friendship Conference Center.
Dr. Erik Fink Eriksen, Global Brand Medical Director of Aclasta, was the key note speaker of the event, where top Rheumatologists, Orthopedicians, Gynecologists, Endocrinologists and Physical Medicine Specialists were present.

Aclasta Launch Meeting, held on January 19th, 2008 at the Bangladesh  China Friendship Conference Center, with the participation of all the field colleagues'. A tracking tool has been rolled out to track field colleagues' performance by product managers called FLM & FF himself.
